By accessing, registering for, or participating in 1mshot – The Official $100,000 3-Point Contest (“1mshot,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
* Participants must meet age and division requirements (Youth or Adult).
* Youth participants require verified parental or legal guardian consent.
* Void where prohibited by law.
* All registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
* Submission of registration does not guarantee event participation if eligibility is not met.
* Official rules, formats, scoring, and advancement procedures are determined solely by 1mshot.
* 1mshot reserves the right to modify rules, schedules, locations, or prizes at any time.
* State Champions may receive up to $10,000.
* National Finals Champion may receive $100,000.
* All prizes are subject to verification, eligibility, and applicable taxes.
* Winners are responsible for all taxes and reporting obligations.
Participants, spectators, and ambassadors must act respectfully. We reserve the right to remove or disqualify anyone for:
* Unsportsmanlike conduct
* Harassment or violence
* Fraud or rule violations
By participating, you grant 1mshot permission to use your name, likeness, photos, and video footage for promotional, marketing, and media purposes without additional compensation.
Participation involves physical activity and inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
1mshot, its officers, partners, sponsors, and affiliates are *not liable* for injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
Ambassadors and representatives operate as independent contractors, not employees or agents of 1mshot.
We reserve the right to disqualify participants or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the event is hosted, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
